IN 4 SENTENCES: Routine Automation

Define every single step your absolute ideal routine, regardless of how ridiculous it may seem.

Determine how to make your ideal routine as real as possible, asking the question, “What’s the next best thing?” for elements that may not currently be possible.

Clear out anything that could tempt you to choose differently than your ideal routine.

Test your ideal routine, looking for places where you’re “improvising,” and then making the steps in your routine even more thorough.
