3 routine automation celebrity gurus

Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs automated his wardrobe choice:  black turtleneck and jeans.

He eliminated nearly every other clothing item from his closet so that he could only choose to wear a black turtleneck and jeans.

Why?

Because he didn’t want to waste his decision making power on things that, to him, were not of importance.

Mark Zuckerberg

Mark Zuckerberg followed suit.

He only wears grey t-shirts, and – if he’s feeling fancy – he’ll throw on a grey sweatshirt.

This is, again, so that he can focus all of his energy on things that matter more.

Jennifer Anniston

Automation isn’t just for tech gurus.

Anniston, who wanted to make sure that she ate healthily, had a chicken salad for every single lunch while she was filming the TV show Friends.

Why?

Because she knew if she ate healthy every day, she wouldn’t have to battle every single meal with whether or not she would maintain her diet.

She chose once and saved herself the hassle, stress, and brain power of choosing to eat healthy for every meal.
