DON’T MAKE YEARLY GOALS

I am doing something this year that I have never done before: I intentionally decided to NOT make 2019 goals.
That’s right. No “New Year, New Me.” Why? Because I’m learning that if you’re really playing the game –

learning, changing, adapting,
accepting feedback, craving feedback,
humbling yourself, stretching yourself,
having difficult conversations,
with others, with yourself

– then who you are today is strikingly different than who you were 2 weeks ago. Or even two days ago.

The trajectory of my business has altered DRASTICALLY in the last 14 days.

Ideas that were fuzzy are now clear. Sales that were stretching are now easy.

So, this year?

I’m practicing:

βœ… monthly targets and
βœ… aggressive weekly goals.

That way, I can plan my time with the best, most current version of my mind and soul.

How are you tackling 2019?
