Because at 3:00pm MST every Wednesday, I report to an exclusive Mastermind of elite business owners.
And what do I report on?

Now, why do I live by THE BIG 3 principle?
Because in order to REALLY scale my business, I cannot get distracted.
I can’t get distracted doing things that feel good but don’t actually move the business forward. (Crossing off checklists, clearing my inbox, etc.) When I live by THE BIG 3, it ensure that I’m only spending my time generating my highest dollar.
So yes.
This requires that I automate everything that isn’t a MGA.
And, it requires that I let go of the control of some things.
But, ultimately, this serves EVERYONE.
My students.
My employees.
Myself.
My ideas.
My clarity.
My sanity.
My bank account.
My clients’ bank accounts.
