Believe me…
My business plateaued until I decided to specialize in what I do best.
For me, that’s coaching + training + teaching people how to automate.
Copywriting? I’m really good at that. But, it’s not where my highest dollar is.
So, I automate + outsource.
Videography? I’m really good at that. But, it’s not where my highest dollar is.
So, I automate + outsource.
Facebook Ads? I’ll be totally honest, I’m not as good at that, but I’m not horrible. Either way, it’s not where my highest dollar is.
So, I automate + outsource.
Now, this took me some time to get here.
Financially, sure. So I could actually outsource.
But, the more painful journey?
Letting go of these things.
Of choosing to be insanely focused on the thing that I do best:
Again, coaching + training + teaching people how to automate.
This is at the core of becoming an Automator: choosing to focus on what you do best.
But, the world has shifted for me since doing this.
My bank account.
My idea generation.
The success of my clients.
Why?
Because I’m singly focused.
Everything else is either running by someONE or someTHING else.
This single focus has allowed me to scale like crazy.
